Charlotte Water Phase I Roofing

The project involved comprehensive assessments of existing roofing systems and the development of repair and replacement designs for three water/wastewater treatment facilities encompassing 12 buildings. Roofing types varied across the facilities, including Standing Seam Metal, Modified Bitumen (cold and hot process), and Single-Ply PVC, each with unique structural needs and service life considerations. In addition to managing condition assessments, the work required close coordination with operations staff and asset management teams to identify the most effective strategies, balancing long-term performance with budget constraints.
