Capitol Towers

Located in the heart of Charlotte’s vibrant South Park district, Capitol Towers is a premier mixed-use development that brings together Class A office space, destination retail, and ample parking to create a dynamic business and lifestyle hub. The project features two 10-story office towers, a 1,600-space structured parking deck, and two retail buildings that activate the street level with shops and restaurants, reinforcing the development’s role as a centerpiece of the neighborhood.

 

Designed to meet the needs of high-profile corporate tenants, the office towers offer modern, efficient floor plans, extensive natural light, and high-end finishes that elevate the workplace experience. The surrounding retail buildings and pedestrian-friendly site design create a vibrant setting that connects the towers to the broader community, encouraging a lively mix of work and leisure activity.
