e-Builder PMIS Implementation – Business Process Integration

As part of a major initiative to improve project delivery systems, Check Kirivong provided business analyst and system administration services in support of implementing e-Builder as a Project Management Information System (PMIS). The effort was focused on aligning the platform’s capabilities with the organization’s business workflows and optimizing overall project management processes.

 

Key contributions included:

• Mapping business workflows and translating them into functional processes within e-Builder.

• Customizing forms, dashboards, and reports to provide clear, actionable data to project managers and executives.

• Streamlining project approvals and document control, reducing redundancy and improving accountability.
